Considering you mention being on version 2.24.3, I assume you are facing the same problem as described in 0029027 (fixed in 2.26.0), so I'm closing this as duplicate. Please note that 2.24.3 is no longer supported; please upgrade to the latest version, and feel free to reopen this if the problem persists.
