Summary	0003641: 'Date submited' in reports is always '12-31-69'
Description	In the detailed reports generated for Word or HTML, the date showed in the 'date submited' field is always '12-31-69' The path i used to access these reports is Project Home Page/View Bugs/Print Reports/ and click then in the word icon or explorer icon.
