Description

A problem has been identified where the system confirms
that notification emails were sent,but recipients do not actually
receive them. This issue affects user communication and can
cause missed updates.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Perform an action that triggers a notification.
  2. Check the activity log or system confirmation
    message showing the email was sent.
  3. Check the recipient’s email inbox.
Additional Information

Email configuration appears correct. SMTP logs need
verification to ensure transmission beyond Mantis.
The issue affects multiple users and domains.
