Summary	0037112: Document OpenSSL PHP extension requirement for SMTP over SSL/TLS
Description	The installation documentation currently does not mention that the PHP `openssl` extension is required when using PHPMailer’s SMTP method with SSL/TLS-enabled mail servers. While debugging e-mail delivery issues, it was discovered that the missing `openssl` extension prevented SMTP connections from working correctly. This change updates the installation documentation to clarify that the `openssl` PHP extension must be enabled when MantisBT is configured to send e-mails through SSL/TLS SMTP servers.
