Description
current implementation allow define visible to everybody address of web-master in any needed obfuscated form, but - it shows "mailto:" as is, which can be used (and really used) as hint to spambots. Suggested patch encode text "mailto:" (in easiest form, of cource) and added visible text instead of repeating webmaster's email in link
Additional Information
Possible future can be ability to use i18'ed "webmaster_text" variable and movement it into language-specific resources instead of using global variable (with parameterized and i18'ed word "Copyrigt" also), but I'm too lazy do this obvious task
