Summary	0003963: A full simplified Chinese localization for mantis 0.18.3
Description	The simplified Chinese localization in mantis is incompleted,I had completed this word :-) But when I send this localization to mantisbt-lang@lists.sourceforge.net from my email,it failed,I had try it for three times and all failed,so I have to submit it here. I know that this is not good,but I have to do so,please accept this file,thanks.

vboctor 2004-06-22 05:46 manager ~0005758	Applied to CVS. Will be included in 0.19.0. It is not a wrong/bad thing to supply language patches here. Supplying patches through the bugtracker is the preferred option. It would be nice if you can provide us with a 0.19.0 version that uses Issue rather than Bug, and Note rather than Bugnote.
