Summary	0000401: HTML Links to other bugs in description and bugnote text.
Description	It would be good if (like Bugzilla) when you typed in "bug #332" Mantis then created a hypertext link to that bug. In Bugzilla the users have the ability to create arbitrary links to other bugs in the descriptions just by knowing the bug number. This is a really nice feature. It would be great if mantis could do something similar.
