it would be nice to have a "manage configuration" tab under the "manage" tab, with various system configuration variables available such as $g_display_project_padding, $g_display_bug_padding, $g_default_notify_flags, $g_bug_link_tag etc so you dont have to always edit the php files manually.

this would also be useful for people who have mantis installed by eg their ISP but have no access to the php files for whatever reason.
