Summary | 0004091: Version drop downs don't allow for blank
Description | When assigning a Product Version when first reporting, or when fixing an issue, in the CVS version there is no way to leave it as blank. When a user reports a bug, we want them to specifically select the version if they so choose. By not defaulting to blank, it auto-assigns to the first one listed, which could be incorrect. Related: When moving an issue from one project to another, it loses the version information since that is tied to the project. When you go to update the issue in the new location, it has defaulted it's version values (reported in, fixed in) to the top ones in the list, which are likely wrong.
