Currently, since the "Update Information" button is way at the bottom of the page, when there are many bug notes, it can be tedious to scroll to the bottom. If some of the common functions had accelerator keys assigned, it would be very handy.

The keys don't have to be directly mapped to a letter in the word. They'd be able to remain the same across languages, (have a legend at the bottom of the page for the keys that apply)

Handy buttons (don't really care what keystrokes they are, just examples):
"S": Submit/Update Information (Save)
"A": Jump to the Assign To box (on update or advanced report)
"T": Click the Assign To button.
"Z": Jump to the Status box.
"R": Click Resolve
"C": Click Close
"U": Update Issue
"N": Jump to the (Bug/Issue) Notes section

So the process could be that you select an issue, come in to view a bug, Press Alt+U to update, it refreshes the page in update mode, Alt+A to get to the Assign To box, arrow to get the one you want, Alt+Z to jump over to change the status, arrow down, then Alt+S to save the changes and go back to the list... All without having to touch the mouse.
