Summary	0004140: Unable to view closed issues in View Issues page
Description	I have an installation with only two issues and both are closed. I can see both issues in the My View page where most recently modified issues are viewed. However, I am unable to view them in the View Issues page. I used the simple filters to set the Hide Status to None, and it didn't work. So I used the advanced and set all fields to any and again I couldn't see them. My installation is 0.19.0a2, I also have one custom field which I set to "any" in the advanced filter. Probably the same error will occur even without the custom field but I didn't try it. I did not test this on latest CVS code.
