Summary	0004223: Solving or closing an issue clears the custom_field to default value
Description	Solving or closing an issue sets the custom_field to the default value. Then if you view the issue, the custom field has its default value. You can see this also in the issue history. Could not find the cause for this.
Additional Information	First i have seen this in the CVS-HEAD version. --> MySQL database has the structure of CVS HEAD. After then i replaced the program version to 0.19.0a2. The problem remains.
