Description

in case of using ancented chars in names, corresponging HTML-entities shown "as is" in reporter field, in history, everywhere... except summary page, where such chars rendered correctly

I'd say that this is pretty important. People in countries other than English-speaking countries tend to get somewhat annoyed when they get a mail with Ä in it, specially those who have no idea of what HTML entities are.
