I think mantis should support the BBcode [quote] tag in bugnotes. It makes life much easier when you are responding to another bugnote. I could do like:

I added a little hack to my mantis to add this feature, and it seems fine, supports nested quoting and all, and it was really easy to add, so perhaps this is something you could consider?
