Summary	0004699: Reporting bug doesn not work with "word style" quotation marks
Description	I'm sorry, I really don't know the name for the characters. But if you have a " in word, and it makes it in a funny forward or backword ", then there is an issue when you copy from word and paste into the Description field in bugtracker. For example: \” agree\” Note, I personally added the backslash in the above example because otherwise I couldn't post this bug ;)

Sire 2004-11-15 02:42 reporter ~0008334	I can verify this error. It is very annoying for our customers that uses Word too much.... The character is â€ dec148 hex94 and not the regular quotation mark (which works fine ofcourse) " dec34 hex22

Sire 2004-11-15 02:44 reporter ~0008335	Hex 93 is the "left double-quotation mark" which also is not allowed. You get the "description can't be empty" error message.
