Summary	0004733: Add support for "Issue history" entries to be displayed as part of "Notes"
Description	Having "Issue history" separated from associated "Notes" often results in need to jump between these sections of bug information. It would be great if there will be ability (by default or customized) to display bug history entries, which was added together with some specific note. Also currently it is hard to follow which of history entries was changed as a single group since they're all displayed as common list.
