Summary	0004755: who made the most recent modification?
Description	The killer feature that is missing for me in Mantis at the moment is the ability to see who made the most recent changes to a bug. I work with a team and they often add bugnotes about the issues they see. I want to be able to view the bug list showing all the bugs that were recently modified by people OTHER THAN ME. Thanks for the great software! JP
