In the combobox at the bottom left of the View Issues page you should find the "Copy" and "Move" options. Also in the view issue page, you will find a "Move" button. The copy feature was added recently. Also the "Move" button was added recently, although the feature has been there for a while (but it was only possible through the View Issues page combobox).

Hard to find. :-) Maybe you could add the feature in the bug too?

The function is not very handy, I think. When we copy bugs from one project to anonther, we additionally need to set the new status in the new project. If you copy copy fixed bugs now, they will automatically be fixed in the new project. This would be very nice, but I think, it is not the reality :-)
