Summary	0004883: Want to customize Mantis by project
Description	I use Mantis for lot of different projects in the same database. It would be very useful customizing Mantis in different ways between projects. In config_inc.php, I'd like to customize differently for each project : control on notifications by email (notify_flags...), status settings (most is : $g_status_enum_workflow), misc settings (most is : $g_set_status_threshold), enum strings
