Summary0005104: [all lang] IE 6.0 and Page encoding ISO-8859-2, and special characters õû
Description

Page encoding is buggy for ISO-8859-2 in IE6 at least. In the HTML code it shows the correct encoding, however checking with the View/Encoding menu point it shows Western European charset instead of the ISO-Central European it is supposed to.
This causes a problem with special characters 'õ' and 'û' which are submitted as #xxx&.

Additional Information

There is an uncomfortable solution which includes navigating onto Report Issue page, then forcing encoding switch with selecting the correct encoding from View/Encoding list, and then submitting the bug. This is what I did in this report, thats why 'õ' 'û' are shown. However in the long run this isnt too convenient :)) Thank you.
