Summary	0005295: Private projects don't allow users who have been added to the project use the project...
Description	This happened in the last two weeks on the CVS HEAD. If you have a private project and go to manage it, it no longer shows users who have been allowed access to the project. Further, if you add a user, it disappears from the list (as it should) but does not appear as a user that can use the project. Users who are not administrators have no access to private projects, even when they are granted access.
