Summary	0005449: Can't limit the number of bugnotes in the e-mail Mantis sends?
Description	We have several issues in our bugtracker that change a lot (assignment, status etc.) and it seems we scare our reporters away with huge e-mail notifications that include every change since the issue was first reported. How do I configure Mantis so that it only sends the latest change in an issue?
