Description	User can see and open all the docs of the projects include in Mantis.
Steps To Reproduce	1- Select All projects in select box on the Top off screen 2- Go to Docs link You can see all doc include in Mantis, and not only the docs who user have Acces.
Additional Information	I've just try with "Reporter" level
