Description

Tried to sign up for an account to report this in my own setup, but yours
seems to suffer from it as well.

Sign up for a new account, click on the url in the confirmation email and get
"APPLICATION ERROR #1901
The confirmation URL is invalid or has already been used. Please signup
again."

I confirm there could be some problems when you try to verify the hash code related to a user when the a user is still logged on the system using the same browser session.
Now it's forced the logout of current user as soon as the user requests signup, lost_password and verify hash code pages.
This should fix the problem. If it continues to happen, please report a new bug.
