Summary	0006226: Invalid encoding of pages
Description	Pages seem to be encoded via Unicode (UTF-8), but the META tag used is Windows-1252, which is wrong. Therefore pages show invalid charachters for different languages. Examples: á = á é = é í = í ó = ó ú = ú ñ = ñ META tag being used: meta http-equiv="Content-type" content="text/html;charset=windows-1252"
Additional Information	NOTE: This might be happening with emails too.
