Description

Hi

Why project names must be unique? Aren't projects distinguished by theirs ids?

I think projects should have unique names but only in parent-project.
Example:

root
-project1
--subproject1
--subproject2
--subproject3
-project2
--subproject1
--subproject2
--subproject3

Maybe it could be hard to implement something like that. Maybe projects names shouldn't be unique at all?

IMHO SUBPROJECT names can't be forced to be unique, but PROJECT NAMES YES
because will be confusing.
