Summary	0006241: Use GMT in database -
Description	Was:Fix for bugnotes out of order when ordered on date We have one DB but two Mantis frontends. The two frontends are in different timezones, so the bugnoted are often the wrong way round as they're ordered by date. By changing the order to id, the notes are always in the correct order.
Additional Information	Was (seems not to fix a problem but to mask it): Simple fix. in bugnote_view_inc.php, line 39, change ORDER BY date_submitted $t_bugnote_order"; to ORDER BY id $t_bugnote_order";
