Summary0006418: Change Resolve status and Assignment at the same time
Description

It would be great if users could update the status of bug and Re-assign it to another user with one button click and not have to go through reassignment and change of bug status as seperate step.

Much like other trackers such as bugzilla have. One click should update any changes in the bug report.

Unless I misunderstand the requirement, this feature exists in the current version of Mantis: when you change an issue's status (via the "Change Status To" button in the View Issue Details page, the subsequent form contains an "Assigned To" field which is by default set to the current user.
