Summary	0007360: To work with inheritance of the permissions in the projects
Description	We are using the mantis for a great variety of accompaniments inside of the company. The problem is that the management of the permissions inside of the projects was very complex. We made some alterations so that the subprojects inherits the permissions of the projects, but this made it difficult the updates for the new versions of the system. There is a possibility to implement a similar functionality in the system, or any other way to automatize this?
