Summary	0007433: Setting encoding works only on main page
Description	I've copied strings_english.txt to strings_utf8.txt and set charset to utf-8 and language in config_inc.php to utf8. I get utf-8 encoding on main page but after logging I get windows-1252

achumakov 2006-09-24 04:59 reporter ~0013454	There is a $s_charset = 'windows-1252'; line in strings_english.txt. To customize encoding, you should modify cp there, too.
