Summary	0007453: Difference between last_updated in bug_table and date_modified in date_modified
Description	It seems that some actions are logged into history but do not change the "last update" field in bug_table. Theses actions are Manipulations on relation ship. Modification / deletion of note Additional information addition Issue monitoring Is it normal ? Further more, I notice other differences without explications (2 on 660 issues). Please can you confirm this situation and tell me the reason of this behaviour ? Wich date is the more relevant ?
