Summary	0007860: Feature - To have elapsed duration of time (in days) displayed since an issue is first assigned
Description	This is important for Manager or Administrator to know how long ago since an assignment has been given. Though this can be calculated from the dates submitted and updated, it would be nice to have it displayed automatically. Best displayed at View Issues (simple/advanced) table AND View per issue. If can dynamically set as Option in Configuration better. So more flexibility. E.g. Set Start Duration since last: [submitted\|assigned\|<other statuses>] where [] - are options and <> - other possible statuses
