Summary	0008536: Top header logos are all distorted to the same size
Description	The img tags surrounding the mantis logo at the top have width and height attributes specified unnecesarily. This has the added effect of distorting any replacement custom images. Removing the width and height attributes corrects the issue while preserving the layout.
