I see the same minor problem with 1.1.2 (and have seen with 1.0.6, as far as I remember, too). These uppercased strings look quite correct at string_russian.txt, but some symbols in them are incorrect while shown by Mantis...

I think this task not duplicate other task. In my task I have problem in text translation. In other author have problem in mysql.

I misread something in this issue. My apologies. Reopened/confirmed.

Can you please retest on the latest git master? An effort has been made to remove strtoupper() use from the Mantis core files, and those that remain should no longer affect what is mentioned here.
