I see the same minor problem with 1.1.2 (and have seen with 1.0.6, as far as I remember, too). These uppercased strings look quite correct at string_russian.txt, but some symbols in them are incorrect while shown by Mantis... |

Can you please retest on the latest git master? An effort has been made to remove strtoupper() use from the Mantis core files, and those that remain should no longer affect what is mentioned here. |
