Summary0009057: Request feature
Description

It would be very helpful if Mantis had a calendar function in which bugs could be assigned to developers with transaction dates, due dates, release dates, a simplified project schedule, etc. It would also be great to have developers enter their own availability on a calendar (although I can appreciate the reluctance or difficulty with integrating with MS outlook or similar calendaring apps). I use mantis as a tool in project management and a calendar would be a welcome addition (for now, I am using MS project for project schedules, which is like using a hammer to drive a tack, and it isn't web friendly).

Thats big feature. Probably, with plugin system introduced in ver. 1.2.0 it ownt be too hard to develop.
Anyway, check:

and
http://www.mantisbt.org/wiki/doku.php/mantisbt:due_date_requirements
for due date implementation.
Remember, that mantis is not project managment tool.

There are some project management tools that integrate with Mantis which provide you with some of these features. We are also implementing a due date feature in Mantis. However, managing calendars is outside the scope of Mantis as an issue tracker.
