Summary	0009081: Implement caching in ldap_api.php
Description	We cache SQL queries in several APIs, e.g. bug_api.php, user_api.php. We should do the same for results of LDAP queries in LDAP_API.php. The need for this was identified due to issue 0005433.

A Possible Fix for this issue has been commited to GIT, for inclusion in the next 1.2.x beta release due within the next few weeks. If you are able to reproduce this bug in the 1.2.x beta release, or GIT trunk code ( mirrored at http://git.mantisforge.org/ and http://git.mantisbt.org ), Please change the status back to "Open", or open a new issue report with more information.
