Description	The comments in bug 0008577 indicate that the bug is not fixed. Since as a reporter I cannot reopen a fixed issue, nor can I comment on a closed one, I had to open a new report.

dregad 2015-04-23 02:47 developer ~0050603	PHPmailer library has been upgraded to the latest version, please verify if this problem still exists in 1.3.0b2 release.
