Summary	0009118: Bugtracker does not handle UTF-8 formatted text
Description	When filing a bug response at: http://bugs.scribus.net/view.php?id=3291#c19578 The note replaced UTF-8 formatted non-ASCII text with '?????' question marks. The original text was '?????????? scribus'. (which may also get replaced with '????').
Additional Information	If a page is replying an accepting input as UTF-8, it should be validated based on that character-set.

siebrand 2009-06-11 06:21 developer ~0022077	Fixed in git trunk now that MantisBT uses UTF-8 everywhere.
