Summary0009143: Target version filter bug on change target version title
Description

On change version title, target version filter uncorrect.

Steps To Reproduce

1) View issues, set target version filter.

2) In the manage project change target version title.

3) Return to view issues, target version filter does not correct (show uncorrect version title) - 0 issues.

Resolution: save target version filter by version id.

Agreed that this would be great. This consumes a lot of my time as admin fixing up filters when someone decides to rename a Target Version.
