on 'Links' page "Cris Daniluk" link is not working

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Launch mantisbt.org in any browser
  2. Click on "Links" at the left menu or directly open the link "http://www.mantisbt.org/links.php"
  • Notice that, "Cris Daniluk" is not opening in the Migration Tools

Not only is the link to Cris Daniluk's personal web site not working (server does not respond), the link to his Bugzilla-to-Mantis migration script right next to it isn't working either (forbidden). This has also been reported here (2 years ago) with no resolution:

See also 0007469 where someone has tried to write a new Bugzilla-to-Mantis script from scratch because of this.

See also 0008071 where someone found Cris' script in the Internet Archive and made improvements to it.
