Summary	0009352: required parameter (project_id) was not found
Description	When edit a project, click on project switcher. An error displayed as APPLICATION ERROR #200 A required parameter to this page (project_id) was not found. This occurs on both 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 Have not tested on 1.2.0 a1
Steps To Reproduce	1.) Click on manage project link 2.) Click on manage project and select project to access to prperty page. 3.) Switch project by choose the project switcher at top of page.
