Summary	0009427: Thresholds for all bug fields
Description	I have a need to control the visibility threshold of almost all bug fields. I am currently modifying my 1.1.2 installation to include the ability to set view thresholds for all bug fields. If others want this functionality, I will provide a patch when I'm finished.
