Summary0009464: Broken attachments links after upgrade
Description

I have mantis 1.0.7 on RHEL 5.2 x86_64.
After upgrade to 1.1.2, I can´t download issue attachments with spaces in filenames.

For example:

Mantis 1.0.7 on RHEL 5.2 x86_64
http://10.20.6.10/file_download.php?file_id=445&type=bug
TABLERO DE CONTROL AVANCE DE COMPRESOR.xls

Same machine, after upgrade:

Mantis 1.1.2 on RHEL 5.2 x86_64
http://10.20.6.10/file_download.php?file_id=445&type=bug
TABLERO+DE+CONTROL+AVANCE+DE+COMPRESOR.xls

The filename in issue appears right.
When I try to download the file, the spaces change to "+"
and I can´t download the attachment.

Is this a bug ?
How can I solve the problem ?

I have the same problem if I do the upgrade to 1.1.4

The problem haven´t resolved yet.

When the solution will be resolved ?
