Summary0009721: Caching problem on bug_report_advanced_page.php
Description

When I create a new project version and go to the bug_report_advanced_page.php I cannot select this newly created target_version.
Only when I do CTRL+F5 I can select the newly created version.

caching options:
$g_allow_file_cache = ON;
$g_allow_browser_cache = OFF;

Browser cache is cleared before I tried this.

We are resolving this issue as "no change required", because it was reported against an old version of MantisBT which is no longer supported.

We recommend that you upgrade to the latest stable version [1]; if after doing so the problem still exists, do not hesitate to reopen the issue.
