Summary	0009726: Anonymous access needs 'Report bug' button
Description	Hi there For people who click through to our (ASCEND) bug tracker, I think it would be helpful if the navigation included a 'report bug' button somewhere up the top. Then, when the user clicks it, they should see a message saying "You need to be logged in to report bugs. Please login or register:". At present this fact is not clear and obvious, and some users might not realise that registration is open to anybody. Cheers JP

Zamolxis 2010-01-05 08:33 reporter ~0024042	If this is implemented, that it should take note of the Workflow Thresholds settings: If Viewer has no rights except for viewing, then it should behave as requested above If Viewer however has some rights (i.e.: create reports, but not add/edit notes like other Reporters), then clicking on Report Issue should allow them to create an anonymous report. FYI - I had to go for this custom setup for anonymous users, because I want to accept reports from them, but when it had Reporter profile, I was getting lots of spam notes.
