Summary | 0009726: Anonymous access needs 'Report bug' button
Description | Hi there For people who click through to our (ASCEND) bug tracker, I think it would be helpful if the navigation included a 'report bug' button somewhere up the top. Then, when the user clicks it, they should see a message saying "You need to be logged in to report bugs. Please login or register:". At present this fact is not clear and obvious, and some users might not realise that registration is open to anybody. Cheers

I agree. This will clarify to users what they need to do to report bugs. |

If this is implemented, that it should take note of the Workflow Thresholds settings:
FYI - I had to go for this custom setup for anonymous users, because I want to accept reports from them, but when it had Reporter profile, I was getting lots of spam notes. |
