It seems that it comes from the excessive size of the mail
because of the number or the size of bugnotes.

I tried to limit the number of bugnotes :
g_default_email_bugnote_limit=5;

This option is doesn't seem to be implemented in Mantis 1.1.0a2.
Have you any idea?

I've reproduced this error trying to add a note with size more than 64k.
Although mysql cut its size down to 64k as it defined by type of field.
But since that event "APPLICATION ERROR #11" appears permanently when somebody changes an issue.

This error appears for versions 1.1.1 and 1.1.6

I think you can see this issue when adding a note to 0004286 (You don't see the error but a huge number of notes are missing.)

I have not been able to reproduce this behavior on current release.

Feel free to comment/reopen if you still experience this issue, and provide detailed steps to reproduce.
