It will be useful to distinguish features from fixes in Change Log somehow - using bold/non-bold or color, for example. We will easily see what really new was done in a version and what was just for maintenance.

Especially I will enjoy just bold for features and non-bold for all other "severities", but it also discussible to assign different background colors for different severities etc.
