Odd issue... or maybe correct behavior, and I don't know how to use the billing feature properly??
I applied a time to a bug note on 7/31 of :30. On the morning of 8/1, I came back and modified that time to :45.

Sub-Projects = A HUGE disappointment :-(
I was extremely excited about Sub-Projects!!! Such an important and useful feature!!
However there appears to be a mysterious and glaring problem:
Issues assigned to Sub-Projects DO NOT APPEAR IN THE ROADMAP???
The "versions" are there (inherited), but unless I "move" the issues to the Parent ...
