I have installed Mantis and Testlink on the server and this is the error i get

APPLICATION ERROR #400
Database connection failed. Error received from database was #2002: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

I would like to integrate mantis and testlink. Please provide steps how I could do that.

Please help!

The time on Mantis is wrong but the date is correct so I would like to know to change it?

It was not deleted per say but I changed Admin to Developer...but know i cant change it back to admin
