I upgraded to 1.0.1 and everything seems to be working fine. In fact 1.0.0 may have been working fine as well once we got end users to tweak their spam filters!

I am having the same problems, emails are created properly on acct creations or thru check.php test email but no issue emails are ever sent, regardless of internal Mantis settings.

This wouldn't appear to be an issue with phpmail settings since the acct setup messages and test messages work fine ...
